As you said, you passed B.Com, so you are eligible for Intermediate level. CS is mostly for secretary which means legal security which an entity want. You can enroll in it. Hope it will help you.

Yes, such skill based courses will come to your advantage in your MBA. During MBA one is required to do a lot of projects / assignments and for this MS office skills are required. Thus pursuing such a skill based course is good.

Capital market, IB, PE, Micro finance, financial planning, academics, accounts, corporate finance. MBA in business Analyst becomes a bit specific in nature with limited scope of growth. Yes, you can do MBA in HR or Finance, but decide on any one. HR would be considered as a career shift, and finance might be something you are familiar with, in your career. It's all up to you.
