You should be like an MBA student. Tie your knot properly, polish your shoes and wear formal clothes.

You should daily read newspaper, especially The Hindu and Economic Times. You can join PDP program of CL or TIME.

GD is basically a healthy discussion in which a topic is provided and you have to speak some good points, present your opinion in a well-mannered and formal way.
PI is a process in which they look into your personality and thinking pattern. Although both are used to find if you have domain knowledge, communication skills, passion, attitude, etc.

You have very less chances to get GD/PI call at this score.

GD/PI is not very difficult provided you are well prepared for it and confident in the personal interview.

We should not lie to the boss and endanger the company's well-being. We should not be rude, no doubt. But, we should not deliberately bluff. We have our own conscience to look after. Moreover, we should not allow our analysis to go wrong.
