The challenge you will face is that you already have an MBA and no work experience yet. A convincing and impressive personal statement specifying your interest in hospitality, what your career plans are, why you chose MBA in HR at the first place and why the transition now has to be included. You can take help from some professional SOP writers who are abundant in India.

Yes, it is definitely worth. MBA in any field you like can help you get the exposure and make you learn different things along with academics. There are job opportunities in this field but you need to search for the same. You can do this from some institute providing the same specialisation so that you can get the placements.
