MBA Human Resources

HR is one of the core specializations of MBA.This is the department that deals with management in its truest sense and the success of any organization depends on the proper functioning of this department. HR mainly deals with hiring quality human assets for the company and also retaining them.It is a very good field with a slightly moderate salary in comparison to other MBA specialization like finance or management.But pay package increases to very high and very fast with good and hard work and along with experience. The job security of HR professionals is very high and market demand of better-skilled HR demand is increasing exponentially these days. This is completely your point of view. I think people choose HR only out of passion for the subject.It's of course like any other area of specialization - if you are good in what you do go ahead, don't have second thoughts.
