Both the degrees are quite good. Surely you can get your job in either field. Knowledge of law will always be an added advantage in your job. However, you can also join any big law firm as an HR handling the complete responsibilities of their recruitment workforce or similar.

Tiss (Tata institute of social Science) is the best institute in Mumbai for HR. They give M.A. degree which is as good as MBA.You need to crack Tissnet to get admission there. With full time MBA you cant work.
