Dear partha, there is only one program i.e. pgpm (hr) with manpower group. the other option is you go for normal pgdm with hr specialization. whereas the pgpm (hr) program is focused towards developing industry ready hr professionals where as the other program will give you a holistic idea about different management functions with concentration in hr. the pgpm (hr) students will also undergo a specialized training program with manpower group which is one of the world's largest hr organization. as far as placement is concerned there is no historic data as this is the first year of the program. as far as the overall placement of gbs is c

You must go for psychology as primarily HR has evolved from sociology and psychology. Hence people with a bachelors in such fields have an edge over other students pursuing HR as their PG course.
