Dear balaji. all specializations are important. but in MBA choose specialisation based on your background.like., if you are B.Com better go for finance spl. because you will be elevated excellently based on your awareness in that area. coming to HR , marketing ,its your interest to excel in that particular domains. anyway based on your nature and attitude try to choose specialisation and work on it extensively.

Hello,
Choose a specialization on what interests you since you have to do job in that field for your entire life. Even if you fetch an all right placement for the first year, things will improve later on. In terms of college placements, all Specialisations get good placement.with almost 100 percent placement record for all three branches

Hi Saumya! There is a very good scope for HR, Marketing, and Finance in our college. Some notable companies that come for HR are TCS, CTS, Hyundai, TechMahindra, and many more. There won't be any problem for your 2 years gap in UG. You just have to convince the recruiter, citing the reasons for your gap. Nothing to worry.

HR in Christ is competitively not great as compared to other specialisations. The course structure and in terms of academics is good, but the placements process is slow at pace. Very few companies come and recruit HR students in Christ compared to other specialisations. But the few companies which come good ones like MTR, Sundaram Fasteners, Wipro, TCS, HUL etc. with an average package of 5.5 lpa.
