A composite score of 600 or above in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in either September / December 2015 / February 2016 OR a composite score of 450 or above in GMAT 2015 OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Management Admission test (CMAT 2016) OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Admission test 2015 (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) OR 70 percentage or above in the AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) 2016 OR 70 percentile or above in the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT 2016). And 50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations.

As per my information, till now out of 120 HR students only 70 are placed and 50 are in recruitment phase . Yes, HR placement are bit not going on the track but placements are totally depend on a candidate capabilities. You must also see that 70 HR are placed. Still BIMM HR will surely attain 100% placement till end march.

Salary in any organisation depends on many factors, in which Experience, Job knowledge, suitability and a bit of luck plays major role.
Organisation to organization the salary offered are different, but as an average the salary for a fresher could start from 10k - 15 k.

Placement scenario at MITSOB for all specialisation is very good. Companies like Catnon, iPlaceUSA, Dynamatrics, etc. have been visiting our college for placements and good number of students get placed. You can also check our college website to check list of recruiter at http://www.mitsob.net/

It totally Depends on in which field you have completed graduation and which field you wanted to go in future for job rather than common specializations like finance, marketing, HRM, etc. You may go with Banking Management as well.
If you have done graduation in B.Com or BBA, you can definitely go for MBA in Banking Management. It will be better for your career opportunities.

MBA in Finance and MBA in Marketing both are different fields and have their own value in its field. Both are good but both are incomplete without each other in terms of corporate sector or professional life. So, it depends upon you what kind of career you want to opt.
