You can enter into the field of HR, recruitment for banks in the field of finance. Apart from it, you may work into profiles like Cash Manager, Manager Finance, Financial Analyse or there are much other profile in both the fields. As far as pay scale is concerned, it actually depends on your negotiating capability and your knowledge along with your confidence level during the time of the interview. Both the fields are good and have a vast scope.
l hope this would suffice.
All the best.

This would depend a lot on your personality traits and interest areas. Each MBA specialisation needs specific personality traits for excelling in the profession say if you are outspoken and like travelling, meeting people, take target pressure then Marketing could be a preference and if you are a peoples person wherein you like counselling people and act as an advisory and wants a desktop job bonded by rules & regulations then HRM will be exciting so do evaluate your inherent personality traits and then take a call.
