Yes you can do it. But both courses you can't do as full-time. So you better to choose one course from distance education and other course as full-time.

For pursuing career in HR (MBA), you need to be a graduate. Try to get at least 60% in graduation since this is the very basic criteria that most of the B-schools ask for. One point I would like to mention here is you must have appeared and cleared as well any management exam such as CAT XAT CMAT MAT NMAT etc. To get a good B-school.
