The admission process in MBA HR program is through entrance test in all the top MBA HRM colleges. The step wise admission process is as below:
Check your eligibility. Minimum 50% marks in graduation requiredApply and appear in the MBA HR entrance test acceptable to the institute. For example-IIMs accept CAT, XLRI accepts XAT, SCMHRD accepts SNAP, TISS accepts TISSNET scores.Appear in the final selection round, if shortlisted for interviewPay Fee for the MBA HR Course

If you are planning for this year then the admissions are closed for the top best colleges. Now you will get only those colleges in which the fee starts from 5 lakh. If you are planning for next year then work hard for CAT to get FMS Delhi or Delhi School of Economics.

Hi Rahul,
I do not have much idea about MBA in hospital management. But surely know about HR. I would suggest you to choose among those on the basis of your interest rather than the demanding future because if your interest falls for HR you would promisingly do the best and that would automatically turn out to be demanding to you.

your marks are good and above the minimum requirement of 60 percent. so you can appear for the CAT exam. your extracurricular will be judged by the interviewer. apart from that do good in CAT exam.
