Hi Srajan,
XLRI Jamshedpur is the best institute in India for HR. Other than that, most of the premier institutes which comes under top 20 and offers HR programme are decent enough to join. Try for XLRI, if you can.

Yes, this college is good for HR.
There are various companies that visit for placement and job opportunities in my college and recruit the students that show potential. According to the records of 2017 all students, of course, BBA was placed in various respected companies.

No, there is no such difference between MBA in HRM and PGDM in HR. It is the naming convention which has to be followed. If any institution is not having university status, then it can only give out Diplomas and not degrees and MBA is a degree and PGDM is a Diploma, which is equivalent to MBA by Indian Association of Universities. So, earlier IIMs were giving out PGDMs, but now they have shifted to MBA after cabinet has claw Fred the bill.

Course wise, there is not much difference but PGDM is a Diploma which will give you a Diploma in HR, it's NOT a degree while MBA will give you a proper degree on completion.

I think pursuing MBA in IT or Systems specialisation would be the best option for you. However, you can choose any specialisation among HR, Marketing, Operations, etc. As per your interests and career aspirations.

You can try to get into that but your percentage in various education levels are just average, at least if you score 90% and above in CAT then you can try.
