Keeping in mind your interest areas and career aspirations more forward. If you feel you are not keen in an HR related job then pursue a course in the area which interests you and then explore work assignments in the said area. If you want to work in HR then also look for a work assignment and then based on the area of work explore certificate courses to enhance your skills in the said area of work.

Well, if you were interested in Psychology, then go for MA. If you were interested in higher package jobs, go for MA. You will get good packages from MBA, as compared to MA, if you do it from one of the top institutes.

Hello Anurag,
Sorry to say, MBA HR and MBA Operations has no connection with your Bachelor's degree. If you are interested to pursue MBA then there are some specializations that would be helpful for you I.e MBA in Oil & Gas management, MBA in Disaster Management, MBA in Safety Management, MBA in Fire & Industrial Safety.
