Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate and your percentage is approximate 57% which is okay.
The selection procedure is based on Combined Admission Test. Candidates shall be called for the interview, aptitude assessment and group discussion on the basis of the performance in the written test.

You can try for LM Thapar School of Management for MBA. They have a great faculty with 80% professors as PhD holders. They also have international visiting faculty. Their recent placement records state that in 2017 the highest salary package was 25.31 Lacs.
You can also earn 50% credit from their international partner universities.

MBA in HR definitely has a very good scope, provided it is done from a good college. XLRI and TISS are the two best colleges for HR. Preparation for MBA entrance examinations can be done in 3 months only if you have your basics clear for quants. Good reasoning skills and good comprehending skills for RC which is said to be the soul of VA. MBA entrance examinations has nothing to do with the number of months you spend in preparation, what matters most is the number of mocks you take and the way you analyse them. I hope this helps you.
