It totally depends on your area of interest what you opt for. However, pursuing MBA from distance is also valuable. IGNOU is a very well established brand name in the field of distance education. The course material of IGNOU is of international standards.

For Part time course in MHRDM, usually has its lectures in the evening after 6 PM-10 PM.

Good morning dear,
MBA in HR will also include Leadership in it.
So, doing a specific Course in Leadership is not required.
It would be better to opt for MBA in HR and then the second specialization as Analytics.

Hello Rahat,
We don't provide any correspondence courses, as all the PG courses require certain skills to be obtained and developed which is not possible in correspondence courses. Most of our course follow blended learning, which includes e-Learning and face to face sessions by experts to build your skills. We do have an executive MBA programme with weekend classes.
