In pune the best would be symbiosis that conducts it's own entrance called SNAP. For more colleges, you may check here.

For abroad, you need to take GMAT and TOEFL/ IELTS and though most of the universities do require work experience but you can try for those which take applicants w/o experience. First select which country you wish to apply for.

If you looks for freshers MBA ,then the you have to check. Leeds university, Leeds Beckett university, Greenwich university, Hertfordshire university etc., universities are there in for UK.
