- Specialisations are offered in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Production, and Operations and International Business and Business Analytics
- It is a Flagship programme and there is a provision for major and minor specializations, ten electives to be chosen from the specialisation subject areas
- Student has to undergo a mandatory 8 weeks summer project in his/ her respective specialisation between first and second year
- Compulsory exposure to a foreign language where student get the option to choose from German, French, Spanish, and Chinese
- Socially Useful and Productive activity is a mandatory internship to help st

Ramaiah has always ranked the best among few selective B-schools in Bangalore. The highest package was 7.2 L for finance and 5.5 for marketing and HR. As of now, about 60% students have been placed in several profiles.
