Hi Ganesh, the PR process comes in a very later stage. First, if you want to study in Canada you must meet the admission requirements. To pursue MBA, Canada is a good choice. Canada is home to top universities such as UBC, University of Toronto, York University, etc. But remember these are top ranked universities and are very competitive.

You need to have at least 3-year work experience in a leadership role and average experience in a good B-school goes around 6 years' experience. You are not eligible to pursue MBA as of now. You also need a good GMAT score of 650+ to get admission in a good B-school and IELTS score of 6.5 and above.

You will not get any job on the basis of PGDM. And, in fact job is Canada as well as any other develop country is available only for highly skilled manpower and the skills which has shortage there such as Psychiatrist or Psychologist as one example. 99 percent or more of India's PGDM is crap and doesn't have any quality. For higher education in Canada, PGDM will hold value only if it has been granted equivalent to MBA status by AIU.

Yes, you can. All you need is a good IELTS score (minimum 7). In most of the B-Schools in Canada, they just let you in with IELTS score. You don't even need to clear GMAT. But, if you want to do your MBA in top B- Schools of Canada, you need a (3 + 1 degree), good GMAT score and minimum of 2-year job experience.

Hi Aditya, to be eligible for the student visa you must be accepted by the university firstly. To pursue your MBA you must also take your GMAT or GRE ( if you want to study from a reputed university). Also the IELTS or TOEFL must be taken to meet English proficiency requirements. Your have an engineering background and work experience so in general you can apply. However you have to check the admission requirements on the university websites.
