Hello, there is no rule or limitation to the kind of work experience you should have to pursue MBA in Canada or any other country. Your professional experience should be such that it demonstrates your leadership and managerial skills, teamwork etc. MBA applicants come from diverse backgrounds such as Engineers, IT professionals, Lawyers, Sales and marketing professionals etc. Your role towards the organization's growth , how innovative you were and changes you brought would be more important.

Your chances are low in Canada. You may find options in Australia but not MBA since MBA programs require work experience and competitive. You may check PGDM or graduate certificate programs in Australia. Check here:

Hello,
MBA in IT requires the following:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Work experience of 2-3 years
3. GMAT scores
4. TOEFL or IELTS scores.
While these are the primary requirements for an MBA programs. The colleges look for high calibre all-rounders, someone who can contribute to the class. MBA essays demonstrating the career goals and strong LORs are important.
An MBA in IT further will ensure the enhancement of your core knowledge of the IT field & develop management skills too. It is a package leading to a job for sure in Canada.

Hello, You need an undergrad degree with work experience besides strong GPA in your undergrad degree(4 yrs preferably), Letter of References & Essays. You may apply in universities under different rounds of deadlines an year prior to your intake to get admission in Canadian institutes. Yes, almost all universities have job fairs where the prospective employers visit & interact with students to offer them jobs. Be an academically good student to have advantage of placements.

Hi Smilie,
Both UK and Canada are very popular MBA destinations. However due to ongoing issues with the strict UK work permit schemes and acceptance of 1 year Master's degree by India. Do a proper homework if you want to study in UK. In terms of affordability and attractive post study work options Canada is a better bet.

Hi,
You can compare the colleges you have shortlisted or yet to be shortlisted. If its IIM, ISB, XLRI and the top ranking ones you may consider an MBA in itself. However, if you get into a top ranking university in Canada you should consider the second option for better prospects globally. Remember ISB and IIM are listed in the world rankings and globally reputed.

We will not be able to tell which is good. You can see IVY League table and see the rankings. However, we suggest that you can select based on your budget. Another factor you can look for is check weather that offer any internship program during the study.
