Yes, it is possible. You have to check the admission requirements of the program and university you want to study in. I will suggest you to check Campus France website, many schemes are there for Indian students.

The minimum eligibility to apply:
Class 10th: 60%
Class 12th: 60%
Graduation: 60%
Candidates with a history of more than two arrears need not apply.

IFMR is famous for finance. So, if you are from non-technical background then go for IFMR.
The benefit of SITM is that it provides dual specialization with finance included in all its specializations.
Moreover, Pune is more easy to get acclimatize to than Chennai.
