This would depend a lot on your long term career goals. If you intend to return to India then UK, USA is better however if you intend to explore permanent settlement abroad as well then Canada, Australia is a better option as the government rules are more flexible in terms of work opportunities post MBA. Financially as well, Canada, Australia would be cheaper compared to UK. USA
MBA in India from a good college will have an advantage as one gets opportunity of the campus placement process which is not there if one completes MBA overseas and then returns to India and looks for a work assignment.

Here are a lot of ratings and rankings out there - some paid, some truthful, some very close to accurate and some outright outrageous. This is my ranking for B-schools according to my experience with CAT for the past two years. IIM, Ahmedabad (PGP only)IIM, Bangalore. IIM, Calcutta. FMS, Delhi (Ranked better due to excellent ROI)XLRI, Jamshedpur (Ranked 1st for HR in Asia) and IIM, Lucknow (PGP only). IIM, Kozhikode = MDI, Gurgaon = SPJIMR, Mumbai (one can argue this to be in the same league as XLRI and IIM-L for applicants with experience; but at the same time disadvantageous if you are not clear about your specialisation) IIFT Delhi
