The fees of Government College is very cheaper as compared to Private one. But, entry to government is not that easy. If anyone is capable to study in foreign, he should apply for GMAT for doing MBA outside India. If he/she isn't able to study in foreign than IIMs are best options in India. There are many better universities in foreign countries and scholarships are provided for meritorious students by government of India and some groups/educational agencies. So, doing MBA outside India is better than doing in India.

No, why you are not considering Jaipur. The college you asking for is not even good enough for its core courses i.e B.Tech. The college which is worth spending money and time is BITS-Pilani. Try CAT exam and then apply for BITS-Pilani.
