Hello,
I would suggest you to take the decision of overseas education because you have 8 years of work experience and your academic profile is perfect for Overseas studies, because you have a good profile you can easily get admission in a reputed University in USA, UK, Canada & Australia. Pursuing MBA from these countries will be helpful for your further career.

It depends on you, there are good colleges in India namely the IIMs, colleges in Mumbai, Bangalore and so on. Doing your Masters abroad, will need you to get a good IELTS or TOEFL score, which will then help you getting a good university. It depends on you where do you want to see yourself from now, as both the options are good.

Fee structure depends upon college to college. I am having my brother in Lovely Professional University, he is pursuing MBA. Hi there, Both have their own pros and cons. If you are financially sound doing GMAT will be good, if you secure a seat in a top-notch institution abroad. However, CAT provides you the option of top Iims in India. Preparation of both takes effort. CAT is more towards analytical and conceptual skills and for GMAT the prime requirement is extremely good hold on English. You can take the decision as per your profile and interests.
