Hi Dipali, if you get through a top university in USA then go abroad. Studying abroad gives a very good global experience but see that you are in one of the best universities. I will suggest MBA in India if it is either IIMs or ISB. Ofcourse, there are many good business schools here but if you are comparing with USA then you must raise the standards.

Hi Dipangshu,
Work experience is not required in India. Which one is better will depend on the university and also on your career plans. In India we have renowned business schools like ISB and IIM, the only ones which are globally recognized, if you get through one of these your life is set. Germany on the other hand has top notch universities like WHU Otto Beisheim, Mannheim Business School, etc. If you want to finally settle down in India get into a top ranked school so that employers here value your degree.

It's better to try for CAT and get into top tier B-Schools of India. IIMs, IIFTs, S P Jain, Xavier's and TISS are some of the top notch institutes. MBA from these institutes are at par with foreign universities. You will also get placements in MNCs and work in foreign. Foreign universities on the other hand have more of practical learning and more of self-learning practices by the professors. A good learning environment in any institute is the most important part of MBA. If you are getting a chance to join any of the top-15 B-Schools of India than you must go for MBA in India.
