Yes, Punjab Agricultural University has MBA programme in agribusiness and cutoff are average. For this course college accept admission through CAT and CUET PG. In CUET PG cutoff are good in last year first round closed at 230 marks aprox 80 percentile, and in last third round cutoff was 170 approximately 70 percentile. Also through CAT you can apply for MBA there are good chances that you get accepted at 75 percentile. There are no rounds in CAT so it depands on your application, may be you can get admission at much low cutoff.

The fee for MBA in Punjab university ranges from INR 42,700 - INR 6.2 lakh. Panjab University offers two-year MBA programmes across four specialisations via the University Business School and across seven specialisations via the University Institute of Applied Management Sciences. I have no idea about best government college in Punjab but LPU stands at top in private universities and is equally competent with other government colleges. Career choice is the most crucial decision for any student in their life. Before choosing any institute pleas make sure to have a deep research for the institute.
