Hi,
MBA programmes in UK typically require work experience of minimum 3 years. You must also have a good GMAT score and high academic grades. Meeting or exceeding these requirements will keep you in a deserving position for a scholarship and admissions. If you want to apply to a top ranked university these are the basic requirements. If you don't have work experience, kindly, look for MS management programs.

Of course, it's better to study MBA at tire 2 universities in UK as compared to our Indian universities. There is more than one benefit of studying in the UK universities. The international exposure and studying in a diverse country adds a lot more to a student's personality than they realise. Studies have confirmed how diversity on campus helps in the cognitive development of a student. The MBA studies in UK universities is more inclined towards preparing students for the international work environment, and the MBA degree is globally recognised which makes it easier for graduates to grab job opportunities abroad.

Hi Mujahid,
MBA applicants must take GMAT or GRE before they apply. You must also take IELTS or TOEFL. If you are not looking for too highly ranked universities then probably GMAT or GRE will not be required but I will suggest you to invest in good and well known business schools. Visit university's websites for more information on the admission process. Apply before the deadlines, write good MBA essays and get LORs from your employers. Everything will be mentioned on the websites.

Yes, at least 3 years of experience is required by the reputed universities. You will find other good alternatives like MS management from top universities, which do not require experience.

In terms of the education quality and infrastructure, UK is one of the top most destinations for MBA. Some of the finest institutes are situated there and most of the courses offered are of 1 year duration and are accepted globally. But as per UK visa rule, foreign students cannot stay a single day after their study is over and if you are not able to get a job in a year, you have to come back to your home. But keeping everything aside, jobs are actually available there and you have to take a risk for it.

University of Leeds is a prestigious university in the world, so the value of the degree is great. But one thing is, as per UK VISA rule, you cannot stay in UK after your study. If you have a job, then only you can stay. So choose minutely. All the best.
