Both the University of St Andrews and the University of Oxford are highly regarded universities in the UK. However, the University of St Andrews has recently been ranked higher than the University of Oxford in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide. In terms of MBA programs, the University of Oxford has a highly ranked business school. The University of St Andrews, on the other hand, does not have a dedicated business school, but offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs in various fields.
