Being a fresher you should look for Masters programs instead of MBA programs. Further, being a fresher in engineering field it is recommended that you opt a technical Masters program instead of management focused programs. I am assuming getting relevant jobs is your priority here and you do not intend to start your own business immediately after completing your UG studies. After three four years of technical job experience you may explore MBA options. Alternatively, secure a job after your UG and work for 4-5 years and then apply for an MBA program. I hope this helps!

Yes, you can definitely pursue BBA in India and Masters in the USA. For BBA, you need to give the private exams of the colleges, and then appear for the PI round. You need to score the minimum of 55% marks in class 10th and 12th to get admission in a college for BBA.
You can apply for the following colleges to pursue BBA in India:
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi
University of Mumbai
UPES, Dehradun
Symbiosis International University, Pune
NMIMS University, Mumbai

You need to score a minimum of 6 marks & at least have 1 to 3 years of experience to get into private colleges. In GMAT, a minimum score of 500 is required.

Hi , MBA in USA requires applicants to have a few years of professional experience. Certain universities do accept freshers but you must check the rank and reputation. Also, a few top universities do accept freshers but in this case you must be a stellar performer. Secondly, you must check if they accept three years Bachelors degree. Majority of the universities accept only four years degree. Other requirements include GMAT and TOEFL scores., letters of recommendations, MBA essays etc.
