Doing MBA from USA universities is not a gurantee of a good and high paid job in India or USA. You must plan to do MBA from a reputed USA university for good career.

As a whole Finance is a booming sector. Your specialization must be chosen as per your career plans and your education or career background. So if I say Finance is a hot sector it may not be suitable for you.

You must have work experience of 2 years and must submit GMAT and TOEFL scores. This is the main criterion besides there may be university specific criteria too. You need to check university websites for details.

Dear Rohan, you must first complete your BBA and then comes MBA, to do your BBA you need to complete 10+2 and give SAT and TOEFL. Post your BBA you have to gain few years of work experience to be eligible for MBA. Again for MBA you must take GMAT.
