You make yourself eligible for MBA/PGDM in Pharma & Healthcare by appearing for any one of the competitive tests like MH-CET, MAT, CAT, ATMA, GMAT and XAT. With your work experience, you get preference over non-experienced candidates. But the advantage is limited. Once you complete the course, the pharma industry offers career opportunities in brand management, marketing, strategic management, pharma advertising, digital marketing and so on.

That's possible, but it's better to not have when you have many years of learning and studying.

Hi Himanshu,
Any good university will seek GMAT score. Chances could be there for MIM without GMAT. Also, in Canada you can check if SPP colleges/universities offers a MBA Pharma, they generally don't require the GMAT. Alternatively, you can check PGDM or Graduate Certificate courses.

Firstly, you must be clear as to what you intend to do after MBA. It may not add value if you are looking at clinical practice. but if you aspire to be in managing hospitals, then it is better to do MBA. Many students with BDS take up MBA in Pharma & Healthcare Management. They acquire management skills & knowledge to pursue management jobs. Today, with Hospital sector growing rapidly, these career paths can take you to the top management positions over a period of time.
