During PGP summer placements 2023-25, Sales and Marketing emerged as the most preferred domain with 46% of offers attracted. The second domain attracting a good percentage of offers was Consulting and Strategy. The highest stipend offered during PGP summer placements for the batch 2023-25 was INR 5.21 lakh. A total of 72 companies participated. The institute also witnessed the participation of 38 new recruiters. The IIM Shillong highest package offered during the 2024 PGP placements was in the IT and Analytics domain.
