Every student will be offered a job along with a training programme based on their performance in the interview in campus selections and will be provided by certain amount of stipend. For the courses in living Sciences like radiology, are offered with the campus selections of reputation diagnostic centres like Vijaya Diagnostic Centre. For engineering students companies like infosis are offered in the placements. Almost 98% of the students are able to get the placements.

MBA placements at Arni University is decent one not very much compared to some other colleges. Companies like Allianz, Hero Cycles, Honda, and ITC Ltd visited Arni University for campus recruitment. The placement percentage is 40% of students were placed. The average salary package is 2 to 3 Lakhs per annum.They have a dedicated placement cell for making preparations for placement like inviting new companies for recruitment and training the students.
