For an MBA in HR, the best colleges in the country are XLRI - Jamshedpur and SIBM - Pune. TISS - Mumbai offers an MA program in human resources and labour relations. To get into these colleges, you need to appear for the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) that takes place in January and preferably score a 90 percentile to get a call from XLRI.
TISS - Mumbai selects from TISSNET that also takes place in January, whereas SIBM - Pune shortlists its candidates from SNAP test that will take place on December 18, 2016.
