For doing MBA marketing one must hold a Bachelors degree with minimum score of 50% or should be in final year of his/her Bachelors course. Without Bachelors degree one is not eligible for MBA marketing degree and course pursuing in a college.

Of course you are eligible. With your experience, you must go for executive MBA course in colleges, like SCMHRD, XLRI, SP Jain, JBIMS. These colleges are known for their HR MBA.

While you start, it would most probably be a field job and would be consuming. But, as the time proceeds and you get to settle in the corporate culture, there are various job opportunities such as product management and strategy management that can be amazing for both males and females.

These are some of the common things a students will face while choosing the specialisation:
Before coming to the conclusion first anaylze yourself on what type of jobs and career you are looking out for:
See, the + ve and - ve aspects of each jobs in the relevant sector and get in touch with your peers and friends and try to gain more insights from their experience. Slowly, these functions are evolving a lot and it was not at all like they were before 5 years. So, prepare a document with the above points and I am pretty much sure you will get to know the answer.
