Placements are good enough. But, if you ask about the packages, then it is difficult to be specific as no college guarantees you regarding placement with package mentioned. It varies from year to year as per the market standards because companies run as per market standards. So, I would suggest you to check the testimonial of the college's website where you will find feedback from genuine students regarding placement. Hope that will help you. All the best.

If you want to do MBA from US after graduation, you have to give GMAT exam, TOFEL/IELTS exam. But the main compulsion is that you have minimum working experience of 2 years after the graduation. So, all the best for future.

Both HR & Marketing are important in business and both require different skill-sets. In my opinion, MBA in marketing would have better scope because:-
1. Marketing is closer to the revenue of a business. Generally, companies consider marketing as Profit-center and HR as Cost-center. If you do well in marketing, your contribution would be easily recognised by top management.
2. I think marketing would have more jobs. As soon as a startup is founded, marketing executives are needed. However, HR execs hiring could be postponed or outsourced till company becomes bit stable. In the same company, size of marketing team would be bigger than si

You can think of MBA, but not PGDM. You can opt this college with CMAT, if stable job profile is important to you. But, you have not mentioned whether which area is your cup of tea (sales, Financial sales, Core finance, HR) then decide college. You can think MBA from ITS, but not PGDM, as cost is too high and return is less, but MBA cost is not too high, and you will get similar placement interview opportunity through MBA. Be clever before investment. Marketing core profile is not available in tier II tier III college, so you have to go for sales. So, ensure that you have 2 wheeler and license.
