It is not fixed every cut off marks changes every year, but you have to score the best marks for getting good ranks. Try to score over 140 150.

MBA in marketing and digital marketing both are same. But scope of digital marketing is more than marketing and second thing choose that field which you want, if you are interested in MBA in marketing than go for MBA and focus on goal.
