MBA admissions typically require work experience and a valid GMAT score. Most of the universities also require a four year Bachelor's degree. As per your query my suggestion is to pursue MBA in sales and marketing from IGNOU. It is worth and costs reasonable. Else go for Symbiosis/NMIMS.

Like you mentioned, you are just a beginner, so first skill for any stream you should develop is communication skills, later negotiation skill also play an important role in HR and marketing.
For finance, you should have grasp over your concept and calculations.
