It all depends on your interest, passion, etc. Both specialisations give job satisfaction. Salary is good for both jobs if you do it in the right manner. Therefore, it does not matter if you do MBA in HR or MBA in marketing, whatever you choose, choose it wisely.

Finance is a better option.

Marketing do include some mathematics when you study marketing research, it includes concepts of Intermediate probability theory and statistics, whereas HR is pure fundamental concepts of organizations. It will include models for labor relations, employee management and organization structure. HR will be theoretical as compared to marketing.

Normally 50% marks in graduation is the eligibility criteria for admissions in MBA. There are many good institutes offering MBA in Mumbai, Pune. However, it is out of place to name certain colleges.
