It all depends on your interest, passion, etc. Both specialisations give job satisfaction. Salary is good for both jobs if you do it in the right manner. Therefore, it does not matter if you do MBA in HR or MBA in marketing, whatever you choose, choose it wisely.

Marketing do include some mathematics when you study marketing research, it includes concepts of Intermediate probability theory and statistics, whereas HR is pure fundamental concepts of organizations. It will include models for labor relations, employee management and organization structure. HR will be theoretical as compared to marketing.

Hello Shubham,
Normally 50% marks in graduation is the eligibility criteria for admissions in MBA. There are many good institutes offering MBA in Mumbai, Pune. However, it is out of place to name certain colleges. Rather, I would advise you to go to the Shiksha portal for required information. You will find a host of other useful information too.

Yes, you can. You need to qualify a national level management entrance exam to get admission in a reputed B-school for MBA in marketing.

Hi Sagar, PGDM - Finance and PGDM - Marketing are for people who would want to major in those subjects whereas in PGDM full time, one can specialize in any area - finance, marketing, operations, analytics, HR etc.
