Well, the problem might be either with your resume or you might lack in some skill, because there are some decent number opportunities for HR specialization, don't take it to heart. So, I suggest you to create a new resume, which should reflect your life or try to enhance your skills by completing some short courses like digital marketing, financial management, etc. because other skills in addition will be preferable.

Hello Junaid,
Scope of MBA after BA is unlimited. Most students opt for MBA after BA, because it is sought-after. Anyone from any field or degree can do MBA provided he is clear of his goal. Specialization in any field of MBA depends upon your subjects in BA. For example, a person doing BA with majors in English Literature can do MBA (with specialization in Marketing) to further go in the field of Advertising. Dear Friend,
I think till now you are not goal oriented. So, first set your goal, then set your target, then go through the way, then see it & finally grab it. MBA is not the only scope to get you ready for the job. For those above please sit with your parents/your mentor/your sir/can mail me. This will help you. Think & go. Don't go & think!

Hello, If you are ready to earn more along with its inevitable risk, then surely go for MBA, since a person with technical knowledge and an unique idea can launch his/her startup although there is a lot of uncertainty in it in terms of monetary rewards, which are usually extreme. On the other hand, M.Tech is comparatively a bit safer option since one can still have certain job options, but the salary here is usually fixed with arithmetic increments unlike extreme profits and losses in businesses. All the best.
