Ideally you can explore the following options:

2. Explore pursuing a course in the said country and entry the country vide the student visa route. Once you reach there then you can explore for a job in the local market there.
3. Join employer in India who have branches in the said countries, and can help you internal transfer.

If you have selected IT, then the best option is to select either Marketing or HR, because both the streams require IT skills to operate software like HRIS, Digital Marketing, SEO or SMO. More options are available with Marketing. Finance also play a role in this as it makes use of SAP, Tally and other software. Best options are marketing and finance.

If an engineer does an MBA finance, after that, he doesn't remain related to civil engineering at all. The reason is MBA finance is different from engineering and this knowledge is not required. I mean to tell you that once you do MBA you lose touch with civil engineering completely then what is the need of doing engineering and spending four years!
