You cannot get that post directly. But, if you gain the experience once, and then as time travel, you will be promoted to that desired post. But, as a fresher it is very hard to get that one.

Yes, of course, you can pursue 5 years BBA in DAVV. We have qualified the entrance and there is no such problem if you are from PCM. All you need is to understand the subjects and the basic of all. If you can do it, you can pursue your 5 your MBA. Good luck.

If you consider Pune, the best college to do MBA is Pumba and the cut-off for open category will be upwards of 94 percentile this time. You will definitely get MIT Pune.

BITS Pilani (Management Department) as a college doesn't assure you any kind of guarantee of giving jobs. However, there you will get ample opportunities to develop your knowledge and skill-sets that are required in the management field of the corporate world. There will be many instances and occasions where you can showcase your talent and get offers of job. Therefore, it depends upon the skill-sets of an individual to get a job opportunity or not.

IIMs and the other top B-schools offer MBA. The minimum score you need to get a call from IIMs and the top schools is around 96 percentile. If you are getting this much score then you can get a call for GD/PI in IIMs or other B-schools.
