BITS Pilani (Management Department) as a college doesn't assure you any kind of guarantee of giving jobs. However, there you will get ample opportunities to develop your knowledge and skill-sets that are required in the management field of the corporate world. There will be many instances and occasions where you can showcase your talent and get offers of job. Therefore, it depends upon the skill-sets of an individual to get a job opportunity or not.

MBA is the kind of degree that will always have scope in any country. There is a lot of scope for you after an MBA in India especially because compared to the absolutely developed nations like US, UK, Canada, etc., India is still a growing country and any growing country needs business.
