Do you mean that you will study in India and look for a job in the US or study any of these in the US and work there? Whatever you mean, my recommendation goes for an MBA from a reputed university if you are interested in Business. If not, then first find out what you wish to do and go for it. MBA degree is highly valuable. MBA graduates receive some of the best pay packages. Job opportunities are great but will vary greatly and will depend on the job market, economic situation, your own skills and academic performance. It is recommended that after you pass out you gain some international experience before coming back. Also, you need to check which university you have passed out from because in India ranking and reputation matters.

MCA has better career options than MBA in IT. It depends on your career goals also. MCA is purely a technical field and MBA is purely management course. Although in MBA IT, you would be given technical knowledge also but it will be theoretical. It's purely based on managing the IT infrastructure and IT management. MCA includes software development and testing, etc. which a pure technical course. Both the fields have equal opportunities but MCA is slightly better.

You can join any industry or organizations to work in the area of law. Companies need people like you who can be an expert on both sides. All the best.

From my point of view, you can do MBA from Shri Ram Swaroop memorial University, but you need to work hard each and every day. You need to work on your quantitative aptitude from the day one. After two years, you will be able to do good jobs, if your quantitative aptitude is good.
