First of all, you need to be clear about the specialization in which you will complete your MBA because there are different criteria and process for the different area. Now, I can tell you the basic common thing or must-haves for the selection process of as such companies.
1. Not mandatory but a few companies shortlist through class 10th and 12th division, so if you have 1st division in class 10th and 12th then good luck.
2. Aptitude: The next common basis of selection is an aptitude test.
