If you want to shift your career to psychology then there is no point to invest another 2 years in MBA and then opt for psychology. So, it would be better to pursue psychology course right after BBA. Go for MBA only if you want to go further in management field.

But, as you have asked about salary package, this totally depends upon the stream & the Business School that you are pursuing from. As a suggestion, I would like you to go for MBA in Banking & Finance as this sector has huge scope & also this is one of the fastest growing sectors in terms of jobs.
As far as the salary is concerned, it would be better if you pursue MBA from Business school that comes under Symbiosis International University. For Instance, if you pursue MBA in Banking & Finance fro

There is no additional course which needs to be done along with B.Com to pursue MBA. You just need to prepare for MBA entrance exams. As you said, if you want to shine in the field you are dreaming about. You can take up a certificate and short-time distance courses in that and once you complete it, all that will be added to your resume. It will definitely fetch a job easily with a good pay scale.

1. Infrastructure: Both are at par
2. Rankings: NMIMS wins
3. Campus Life: SIBM wins
4. Faculty: Can't comment(both would be having great faculty members)
5. Brand name: Both at par
6. Placements: NMIMS wins(though there isn't a significant difference between the two).
7. Location: NMIMS wins(undoubtedly)
8. Fees: SIBM wins(by a mile)
9. ROI: NMIMS slightly edges ahead
I hope it helps you in mak
