Pumba is a better option than IIM Bodh Gaya as it is more established, better ranked and offers good placements than the IIM. Also the ROI is not an issue for Pumba.

If your interest is more in core commerce education especially accounts then for you M.Com can be a good option, but ideally MBA provides a wide scope of career opportunities.
Where M.Com will only give you limited options, MBA has more horizons to look upon.
My brother did MBA in Port and Shipping Management from UPES Dehradun and is now working with an international Germany based shipping company. It's all upto how well you pursue it.
My personal opinion would be go for MBA rather than M.Com it benefits more in future.

It will depend on your college which college you will go and what are there salary package.
If you are completing your MBA from any of the college the basic salary will between the 20k to 30k.

You have already done with CA.
You just take some experience from the company or else. Check the course which help you in your work.
Also, now, there is new concept of GST so do that thing which help you rather to do MBA for 2 or 1 year
I will say no for MBA.
