Well Tanay, both have scope in their sectors. MBA is meant for working professionals and after an MBA you will most likely be absorbed into high level managerial roles. This is why people do an MBA. The Masters will get you entry level jobs. Students enrolling into Masters programs are typically freshers and/or interested in RnD careers.

In MBA, there is no constraint or pre-requisites required while selecting the specialisation. MBA in finance/marketing are also opted by many of the IT-Engineers. Of course, Operations is one of the best-suited specialisations for Engineers. But other specialisations like Finance, Marketing, Financial Engineering, HR, Hospitality Management are also equally preferred. It's just your interest towards a particular discipline. As you are yet to sit for entrance exam you must try to get into NITIE-Mumbai, SIOM-Nashik-for Operations, TISS/XIMB-for HR, MDI, FMS, IIMs, JBIMS, IFMR, TAPMI, GIM - for Finance, S.P.Jain, NMIMS-Mumbai, Great Lakes
...more

Hello Siddhant,
Pumba is a better option than IIM Bodh Gaya as it is more established, better ranked and offers good placements than the IIM. Also the ROI is not an issue for Pumba.

Hi Aklas,
If your interest is more in core commerce education especially accounts then for you M.Com can be a good option, but ideally MBA provides a wide scope of career opportunities.
Where M.Com will only give you limited options, MBA has more horizons to look upon.
My brother did MBA in Port and Shipping Management from UPES Dehradun and is now working with an international Germany based shipping company. It's all upto how well you pursue it.
My personal opinion would be go for MBA rather than M.Com it benefits more in future.

You should look at final placement reports of various colleges where companies that offer a role in UAE may be coming for recruitment. You can also look for companies where there is a high probability that you might be shifted to UAE after some work experience. After this, you will be able to target the colleges of your choice.

I think no need of MBA to give your 2 years.
You have already done with CA.
You just take some experience from the company or else. Check the course which help you in your work.
Also, now, there is new concept of GST so do that thing which help you rather to do MBA for 2 or 1 year
I will say no for MBA.
