you need to have highest CGPA in your BBA I.e. if it is in the scale of 10 more than 9 and equivalent percentage and need to have at least 4 years experience post qualification in a recognized organisation by the institute where you want to apply. then you also need to have additional 1 year or 2 years qualification as abroad they do not accept a 3 years degree normally specially in USA, Canada, Australia and Singapore. the next step is GMAT you must have more than 730 score in GMAT in order to get ivy league institute. Your question is good but without little more information I may not be able to guide you correctly. You are from which place / state? What is full form of HR college? Where is it located? For bright future, MBA is a must. NMIMS is famous for it's MBA.
