In today's world, all we want is a high placement from a college. So, prefer the best college for MBA. No matter from where you pursued your Bachelor degree, go for CAT preparation.
If you will be in 99-100 you may get call from IIM. So, go for it.

If you want to do a job in a private bank after MBA in finance then you should be focused on bank's notification as private banks their own online exam and interviews. If you want to increase your knowledge then you can join any certified banking course.

Not at all, you need not worry about it. During the campus selection, companies give more importance to your interview process, overall performance (academic + Extra-curricular) during your two years' MBA program and your MBA entrance exam(s) and past academic scores (10th, 12th & B Com), rather than seeing which was your graduation degree.

As you specifically mentioned as girl candidates then I must tell you that this course require outdoor activities also to a large extent .After MBA. in Agriculture you can either study PG or get employed as an agricultural scientist with govt. sector units like IARI, ICAR, FCI etc
