Amity university is a average university, one can get easily admission in Amity. So, don't worry. Course fee is much higher. Placement is substandard. So, try for other better institutions and last option should be Amity.

Cracking CAT and all other competitive exam is not that difficult but not that easy first prepare plan for what you want to do and how you will achieve it then start with the tasks related to the plan define priorities so preparation for CAT requires already 9 months if basic concepts are claw then 6 months including solving practice papers so do not worry, concentrate on what you have and then kick start for the new task.

There is no use of doing CCNA or DBA certification after MBA IT. If you wanted to remain in the technical field, you should not have done MBA IT. After MBA IT you are ready to take Sales and Marketing, PreSales support, Business Analytics, Account Management, BA role or jobs in IT and ITES Industries.

Because of the rapid exposure of India in international business, it would be better to go for MBA - international Business as it has good exposure. But should be trying for some good colleges for that course, which could offer better placements chances for you like IIFT in Delhi, IIM's and XLRI colleges. Even MBA in business analytics is also a good course but not that better than international business course.
