Tourism courses across the world are highly demanded courses. In India, government institutions like IIHT have many campuses. Secondly, Pearl Academy, Delhi is the best institute for tourism management. In South India, Pondicherry University offers tourism course. Therefore, choose the best one accordingly.

You need to appear for CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, etc. to get admission for MBA. You need to secure a good rank and get a seat with great organisations.

MIB graduates are preferred by Export-Import houses, Manufacturing companies, shipping and transportation companies, clearing agents, courier & logistics companies, trade bodies and embassy ET. Whereas generic MBA grads are required by all industries. Therefore, scope and opportunities are higher for MBA graduates over MIB graduates.

After doing your B.Sc medical, I think MBA in health care management can be a better option.
Organic chemistry M.Sc. takes you to research based higher studies or jobs for that matter and MBA in healthcare management is a trending occupation whereas multi speciality hospital chains need people with good skills.

If you do MBA from an Institute recognized by Association of Indian universities, then you will able to seek admission in foreign universities for higher studies. It is foreign university decision whether to accept a degree awarded by distance learning university.
