Yes, it is required and plenty of jobs are going to be available in the coming decade. But you should have original certification from the reputed institutes. Some organisations also expect some experience to provide positions.

If you are doing CSE then you have an edge for business analytics because computer knowledge and mathematics is required for better understanding.
